Symtyre Sales Team
The problem:
Symtyre Sales team were complaining that they were not getting their
sales sheets changes in time for their sales calls. They were spread
over the country in 22 different locations and the prices changed
quite regularly. The sales manager was sending emails every day to
try to keep everyone up do date.
The solution:
A Virtual Office with document sharing which enabled better
communication by -
- enabling the sales manager to load up new prices and send a
reminder to the emails of the sales team each morning
- the sales team received reminders to go to their Virtual
offices when new information was available which meant they did
not have top keep checking with their manager.
- this meant that the sales manager did not have so many
interruptions each day
- and the sales team could sell with confidence knowing that
they had he latest prices and details available.
The extra benefit: We also set up a discussion forum
module which enabled the sales team to feed back to the Sales
manager.
